Fifth Grade Helpers

The fifth graders at St. James Episcopal Day School are giving up their recess period to help out at Gumbo. Enjoy some of the sunniest servers in town!

Shrimp or Chicken & Sausage Gumbo Lunch, includes steamed rice, salad, homemade bread, dessert and (dine-in only) coffee or tea - $10.

Fridays in Lent are an extra special time at St. James: Gumbo volunteers get to know each other better and enjoy special, purposeful time together sharing St. James with the community!

If you're interested in serving -- positions are available on Thursdays, Gumbo Fridays, and Sundays -- please contact
2015 Gumbo co-chairs: Mary Pesses or Kelly Williams. Or, just come on down! We heartily welcome you!

Quarts and pints of gumbo will be sold in the Parish Hall Parlor on Sunday mornings, as they are available.
Gumbo will be sold after the 5:00 p.m. service this Sunday, March 1!
