Glory Into Glory Class Promo

This Sunday at St. James

January 13: The First Sunday after The Epiphany - Baptism of our Lord

Albani's Baptism of Christ

Francesco Albani (1578-1660) seems to have had a goal for his Baptism of Christ (ca. 1640) to include only symbols authorized by the ongoing Council of Trent, to the exclusion of other, oft-cited symbols that were no longer approved by the Church. Click the image for a larger view.

Sunday's Service Schedule

  • 10:30 a.m. - Holy Eucharist, Rite II in the church
