Sunday's Service Schedule
  • 8:00 a.m - Holy Eucharist, Rite I, in the church
  • 10:30 a.m. - Holy Eucharist, Rite II in the church
  • 5:00 p.m. - Holy Eucharist, Rite II in the Chapel of the Twelve Apostles

Nursery Hours: Our professionally-staffed nursery is open Sunday mornings from 8:45 a.m. 'til noon, for infants of six-weeks to children four years old as parents desire and are in worship and fellowship. The nursery is located directly off the Parish Hall foyer. Your infants and young children are always welcome in church.


This Sunday, April 7, at 9:15 a.m.:

  • Children from PreK-3 age through fifth grade meet on the second floor of the Parish Hall for Christian education classes and fun activity!
  • Episcopal 101, a review of the church from Old Testament through the Prayer Book, is in Bishops Hall. Fr. Chris leads EpiscopalIAm, this morning.
  • Daily Dose of Scripture, a study of the Sunday lectionary readings, is led in the Parish Hall small parlor, led, this week, by Casey Duncan.

Children's Church is offered during the 10:30 service. Children depart to the chapel for their own homily and program, with opportunity to stretch and wiggle, and will return to church in time for communion with their family.

Youth Confirmation Series concludes, this Sunday afternoon at 3:15 p.m., in the Ministries Center.


Christian formation classes on Sundays will be on Holy Week-Easter break starting next Sunday, April 14, through Sunday, April 28.

Holy Eucharist with the Day School is at 8:15 a.m. today, in the church. Day School families and parishioners are invited to attend and experience a special joy in worship with this student-led service.


Open meetings of AA are held each weekday at noon in the Activities Room on the first floor of the Ministries Center.


Holy Eucharist with healing prayers is celebrated each Wednesday at noon. This simple service lasts about 35 minutes, and is held in the Chapel of the Twelve Apostles, just inside the Parish Hall door on N. Fourth Street.


St. Mary’s will meet on Tuesday, April 16 at 6:30 p.m., at Anna Catherine Soule’s home. Suzette Howe will be leading discussion on Hannah & Anna. Contact Mary Boutwell for more information.

Altar of Repose

You may commit to being present with the Holy Sacrament, in the Chapel of the Twelve Apostles, between the Maundy Thursday liturgy and the Holy Eucharist on Good Friday at 7:30 a.m. Sign-up is not required, but helps us ensure there is coverage throughout the night. Give a pint of blood at the Bloodmobile durings its on-site visit this Friday, April 5, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. -and receive a pint of gumbo! This event sponsored by the Associate Vestry.

Preparing for the Egg Hunt
You can help now, by donating plastic eggs and/or trinkets or individually wrapped candies! Please place in the Easter bunny box in the Parish Hall foyer by Palm Sunday, April 14.

Confirmation Classes concludes with the session this Sunday, April 7, 3:15-4:45 p.m. in the Youth Room, first floor of the Ministries Center.


High School Senior Recognition Sunday on April 7: Seniors, check your mail for invitations and the request for your graduation highlights to be printed in the church newsletter.


Maundy Thursday Overnight Lock-In: Thursday, April 18 - Friday, April 19 at 9:00 a.m. Sixth through twelfth graders are invited to come to the church for the 7:00 p.m. Maundy Thursday service, after which the all-nighter begins. Bring air mattress, sleeping bag & pillow, and a snack to share. Our overnight plans include praying in the Garden of Repose, just as Jesus did. A late-night meal at Louie's Cafe will top us off. Pick-up is by 9:00 a.m., Friday morning. RSVP to Mrs. Annie by Sunday, April 14 with a completed permission slip.
