Easter Sunday Service Schedule
  • 7:30 a.m. - Holy Eucharist, Rite I, in the church
  • 9:00 a.m. - Holy Eucharist, Rite II in the church, with brass, choir & Flowering of the Cross
  • 11:00 a.m. - Holy Eucharist, Rite II in the church, with brass and choir
  • 5:00 p.m. - Holy Eucharist, Rite II in the Chapel of the Twelve Apostles

Nursery Hours: Our professionally-staffed nursery is open Sunday mornings from 8:45 a.m. 'til noon, for infants of six-weeks to children four years old as parents desire and are in worship and fellowship. The nursery is located directly off the Parish Hall foyer. Your infants and young children are always welcome in church.


Sunday morning classes for children and adults are on break until Sunday, May 5 (correction from last week's issue). We will have coffee, lemonade, and cookies in the Parish Hall parlor before and after morning services; come, enjoy some visiting time!

Gumbo Online Store


A Little Gumbo Lagniappe: The Final Batch! We ran out of Gumbo on our final serving Friday, but Mary Palms and our Gumbo crew have agreed to make one more batch for parishioner pick-up of pints and quarts! Order deadline is Sunday, April 28 and pick-up will be available on Friday, May 3, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or Sunday, May 5, 9:00 a.m. 'til noon. ONLINE ORDERING ONLY at


Open meetings of AA are held each weekday at noon in the Activities Room on the first floor of the Ministries Center.


Holy Eucharist with healing prayers is celebrated each Wednesday at noon. This simple service lasts about 35 minutes, and is held in the Chapel of the Twelve Apostles, just inside the Parish Hall door on N. Fourth Street.

Bad Girls Book Club will meet Monday, April 22 at 6:30 p.m. at La Madeleine's on Jefferson Highway. Our book selection is Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens. R.s.v.p. to Monica Murphy by email or text to 225-335-3572.


Joan of Arc Study Group concludes the year with the meeting on Wednesday, May 1 at noon, hosted by Manette Sammons. Denise Allen presents the lesson on Erasmus. Contact Lubna Culbert for more information.
