Gumbo Opens Friday!

I am pleased and excited to share with you the news that Annie Jung has joined the staff of St. James Church as our Director of Youth Ministry.

Annie has extensive experience in youth ministry. She has served as the Youth Director for St. Luke's Episcopal Church, and she has done a stint as Youth Ministry Coordinator in the Diocese of Louisiana. She has experience with mission trips both in the United States and abroad. She has been a Sunday School teacher, a summer camp counselor, and is a part of the leadership team for the Adult Ed Lectionary Bible Study at St. James. And much more.

Hannah Rothermel has done an excellent job of putting a youth ministry program in place. I am confident that Annie will be able to build on that foundation and move to the next level. She is already hard at work having joined us this week. Welcome, Annie.
