This is the way we roast it." Later, Susie asked Grandma, "Why do we cut off the end of the ham?" Grandma answered, "Because my roasting pan wasn't large enough to hold it."

Happening is a youth-led spiritual formation weekend designed for high school teens. It is an amazing experience that changes the way you think about yourself and your faith. St. James parishioner Bella Jung is youth rector for Happening #81 -- she'd be glad to share with you about Happening and answer questions!

Happening is open to ninth through 12th grade teenagers of any denomination who have not participated in Happening in the past. You need not be an Episcopalian to attend, however you must be committed to engage in theological reflection from a Christian perspective.

The registration deadline is September 12, and cost is $150. Scholarship assistance is available. For more information, please contact the Rev. Jane-Allison Wiggin-Nettles.
