Selfie Deadline is June 16! |

You've asked for it, and we're working on it! Please send us your photo for the 2016 directory. If you don't care to take a selfie, you are welcome to send a favorite photo, or give us a "heads up," and we'll help you get a current photo.
Selfie sticks are available in the Parish Hall foyer for you to use at church, and we'll be having photo sessions before and after the 10:30 service this Sunday, June 12.
Please send your photo along with your current contact information to us no later than Wednesday, June 16. Clearly identify each person in the photo, in left to right order, and email your photo to selfies@stjamesbr.org or "text" it to 225-317-9387.

As part of our tithe to the community at large, St. James funds about $62,000 in small grants to area and diocesan charities. Funding is focused on the areas of greatest need—food, medical services, shelter, and education—for the people of greatest need, delivered by the most effective means. Last year, we helped cancer patients, the homeless, low-income school children and more.
Please encourage the charities you know and love to apply. They can find the application on our website. |
